NOTICE OF SALE 2013-CP-20-0120 BY VIRTUE of a decree heretofore granted in the case of: CitiMortgage, Inc. against Diane Harvey and Henry Harvey, I, the undersigned Special Referee for Fairfield County, will sell on May 5, 2014, at 11:00 AM, at Fairfield County Courthouse in Winnsboro, South Carolina to the highest bidder, the following described property, to-wit: All that certain piece, parcel or tract of land, lying, being and situate in the County of Fairfield, State of South Carolina, being shown as one and seven-hundredths (1.07) acre, more or less, on plat prepared for Diane Harvey by Robert R. The successful bidder will be required to pay for documentary stamps on the Deed and interest on the balance of the bid from the date of sale to the date of compliance with the bid at the rate of 7.0000%.
